I am used to eating deep fryed food everyday which I have stoped so I was told this is better than eating alot of thing.
It is a Turkey with mashed potatoes and carrots and green beans.
So is this really bad bad for you? I lost alot of weight by eating just Grilled Chicken, Salad, Rice.

Also…what am I looking for when looking at the back of foods. I want 0 cholesterol? 0 carbs? Or whats the min/max on stuff.
